Levare AI operates on a recurring subscription model. Clients pay a monthly or annual platform fee based on their chosen tier, with access to Intelligence Agents, the Organisational Digital Twin, and ongoing platform updates included.
Revenue is predictable and scalable. As agents are added and platform capability deepens, the average revenue per client grows without proportional cost increases. The model improves with scale.
Expert partners receive a revenue share for Intelligence Agents built around their domain expertise, aligning incentives and ensuring continued quality without adding headcount.
Investment Structure
Total raise: £2.0 million
- SEIS tranche: £250,000 — available to qualifying investors with 50% income tax relief
- EIS tranche: £1,750,000 — available to qualifying investors with 30% income tax relief
- Investment structured via SPV for clean governance and straightforward reporting
