Rory Underwood
Chief Executive Officer
Rory is a former RAF fast-jet pilot and record-holding England rugby winger — two environments where performance under pressure is non-negotiable. He spent two decades studying what separates elite individuals and organisations from the rest, and built that thinking into the LIFT™ framework that underpins Levare AI.
As founder of Wingman Ltd, Rory has worked with more than 200 organisations across sectors, applying the same principles of situational awareness, mission clarity, and execution discipline that define high-performance teams. Levare AI is the technology expression of that body of work.
Ian West
Chairman
Ian is a serial technology executive, investor, and non-executive director with more than 25 years of board-level experience across Europe and North America. He has led organisations through high-growth phases, strategic pivots, and capital raises at scale.
His role at Levare AI spans governance, investor relations, and commercial strategy. Ian brings the discipline of someone who has seen what works and what does not across multiple technology cycles — and who understands how to build businesses that last.
Paul Johnson
COO and Head of Delivery
Paul leads delivery at Levare AI, bringing a background in privacy, data governance, and programme leadership to an environment where those disciplines matter most. He operates with military-grade rigour — every deployment meets the same bar, regardless of client size or complexity.
His track record spans FTSE 100, Dow Jones, and NASDAQ-listed organisations. Paul ensures that what Levare AI promises in a commercial conversation is precisely what gets delivered — on time, within scope, and to a standard clients can rely on.
Jane McClelland
COMPANY SECRETARY AND HEAD OF BUSINESS
Jane is responsible for the operational and organisational backbone of Levare. She oversees governance, finance, and day-to-day business operations, ensuring the company runs effectively and is structured to scale.
She has supported the delivery of the LIFT™ methodology alongside senior leadership, working closely with clients and internal teams to keep priorities aligned, plans coordinated, and activity moving. This gives her a clear, practical view of how strategy is executed within organisations.
At Levare, Jane ensures that decisions are translated into action, priorities are progressed, and the business maintains momentum. Her focus is on clarity, coordination, and consistent follow-through.
